It's super easy to save lettuce seed. All you have to do is let it flower and dry out to where it has little dandelion-like tufts. You pinch the micro dandelion in your fingers and pull, and then it comes out with a bundle of seeds which you then pinch off and put in a container. Let the seeds dry for a week or two somewhere warm indoors before packaging them. It's that simple!
